True performance driving is back. CT4-V Blackwing offers a standard 6-speed manual transmission. Atop the shifter, you’ll find a jewel-like, 3D-printed emblem, underscoring the uniqueness of these vehicles.

Standard on CT4-V and available on CT4-V Blackwing, the 10-speed automatic transmission was obsessively tuned to deliver lightning-fast shift times, giving you smooth power you can feel. With Dynamic Performance Mode, exclusive to V-Series vehicles, the system can automatically select the correct gear during performance driving when in Sport or Track mode.

Beneath the bold exterior of every V-Series vehicle lies a structure that’s strong, yet lightweight. Rigid, yet agile. High-strength structural adhesive increases stiffness and durability, while integrated under-hood and overall reinforcements create a solid chassis. The result? Responsive handling on the road as well as connected precision on the track.

The V-Series performance suspension includes the latest-generation Magnetic Ride Control, which reads the road up to 1,000 times per second and seamlessly adjusts damping for exceptional ride, handling and control.

Both steering wheels delight with fine leather, cut-and-sewn stitching, a thick-rim and the satisfying response of the V-Mode button. Additionally, CT4-V Blackwing offers available carbon-fiber trim, a serialized plate featuring a laser-etched portion of your VIN sequence and a quick-access Performance Traction Management switch.

The V-Series includes a Limited-Slip Rear Differential that automatically directs torque to the rear wheel with the most traction for greater control during cornering and spirited maneuvers. This system is extremely precise and optimized across the spectrum of driving conditions.

The Launch Control feature, available within the Performance Traction Management system, helps you achieve high levels of vehicle acceleration in a straight line. Launch Control is a form of traction control that helps optimize power delivery and tire grip. Blackwing’s Custom Launch Control allows Launch RPM, Slip Target, and Surface Type to be modified. This feature is intended for use during closed-course race events where the quickest 0-60 mph and/or quarter-mile times are desired.

Every V-Series vehicle undergoes extensive wind-tunnel development and testing, resulting in sophisticated design that slips through the air. Aerodynamics are amplified in CT4-V Blackwing, where a new mesh grille helps improve cooling and airflow, while front and rear splitters combine to reduce lift and generate downforce.
